Roles & responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Recruiter Intern to join our team. The IT Recruiter Intern will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for 


various IT positions. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment field.

    1. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn)
    2. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
    3. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
    4. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
    5. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
    6. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
    7. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
    8. Requirements:
    9. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources or related field
    10. Knowledge of labor legislation
    11. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
    12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
