Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and applications to determine if applicants meet the minimum qualifications for the position
Conduct phone interviews with qualified candidates to assess their skills and qualifications
Schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities
Assist in other recruiting projects as needed
Currently enrolled in a college or university program related to Human Resources or Business Administration
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
